Stacy has more than 17 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with Pfizer; holding positions in Change Management, Training, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence. Her diverse experience working in Quality and Manufacturing supports in creating an innovative and efficient manufacturing site; delivering high quality products for clients right first time.

Stacy’s passion is in coaching leaders towards Agile and Lean ways of working, whilst developing psychological safety within their team.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, from Murdoch University and holds qualifications in Agile, Adaptive Leadership, Scrum and Lean Six Sigma.
