Scott is an experienced HR professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the people space with a background in Generalist Operations, Organization Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Information Systems and Payroll and Workforce/Succession Planning.
Scott has worked with different organizations in sectors ranging from Iron Ore and Gold mining through Oil and Gas to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Government, and University.
Scott has a passion for people, his work cutting through to the core of what value each individual can bring to an organization and ensuring support exists to enable everyone to achieve their best.
Scott recently completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (RMIT) focusing on design thinking. Scott also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (UWA) and has qualifications in Training & Assessment.
