Martina has over 17 years’ global experience in both Pharmaceutical and Drug Coated Medical Device Industries, with previous roles at Pfizer, Wyeth and Abbot Vascular. She is a versatile and results driven leader with a consultative and collaborative style and the ability to motivate, train and mentor staff while building strong and cohesive teams that boost productivity and bottom-line results.

Martina is passionate about the human side of business, and she emphasizes her engagement with the people she deals with, managing Customer expectations and meeting the needs of patients. She has experience in designing and managing highly orchestrated management systems for Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing and Planning.

Martina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Instrumentation and Analytical Methods, Limerick Institute of Technology, Ireland.
