Jay has over 16 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Her strengths lie in negotiating contract terms and conditions, vendor relationship management coupled with an awareness of key market trends and commodity pricing. Jay has a wide range of sourcing experiences particular to raw materials, equipment, and services.

As the Director of Procurement Jay manages risk, planning, strategy, and decision making ensuring that the optimum supply chain outcomes are realized. Jay uses a collaborative approach with cross functional teams to deliver cost reductions and efficiencies while leveraging technological solutions with a focus on environmental sustainability.

Jay holds a Master of Accounting from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Communication from Edith Cowan University.  Jay is a Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and is certified in Lean Six Sigma. Jay also speaks and writes fluently in Malay, Mandarin, and Chinese dialects of Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien, and Teochew.
